At our AGM 24 March 2011 highlights of a successful 2010 season were summarised by club president Matt Vaughan-Williams, outgoing treasurer Bob Hallam and ERJSA rep Antony Appleby. Committee positions for 2011 were elected:
- President: Matt Vaughan-Williams
- Vice President: Melinda Reed
- Treasurer: Glen Roland
- Secretary: Barb Lennox
- ERJSA rep: Antony Appleby
- Fundraising co-ordinators: Glen Roland & Glenn Quinlan
- General committee: Leah Page, Glynn Jenkins
At the DFJSA Annual General Meeting on 22 March 2010, outgoing President Rick Dorling reported on the 2009 season and delegate issues. Bob Hallam presented the Treasurer’s report. All committee positions were declared vacant and the new office holders for 2010 were elected:

Secretary: Barb Lennox
Treasurer: Bob Hallam
ERJSA Delegate: Anthony Appleby
